Refund & Returns Policy

At Syncfitt Wellness, we are committed to providing you with premium quality supplements. Your satisfaction and health are our top priorities. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with safety seals fully intact.

2. Health & Safety Guidelines (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, we strictly cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, unsealed, or used. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable health guides or digital products
  • Items purchased on final clearance or major sale events

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@syncfitt.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photographic evidence (if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if a label was provided by us) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We hold our manufacturing and fulfillment to the highest standards. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@syncfitt.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
